In 1992, Serge Marchand, a graduate of the École Polytechnique, was invited to join the Intrawest team to work on a major project: infrastructure development on the southern slopes of Mont Tremblant. Following this success, Serge Marchand teamed up with Daniel Houle, a graduate of the École Polytechnique in 1995, to found the firm Marchand Houle and Associates.
Fifteen years and nearly 2,000 projects later, the reputation of Marchand Houle and Associates is well established. Without forgetting its roots, the firm has developed its own modus operandi. Its team of specialists actively supervises each project through to completion, while staying in constant communication with the various members and associates.
By seeking a symbiosis between design functionality based on sustainable development and commitment to the client's objectives, Marchand Houle and Associates has made a name as an innovator in the field of civil engineering excellence.
